kopi4 Online Gaming Platform

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

• "Platform" — the kopi4 website accessible at https://kopi4.app, including all subpages, games, tools, and services made available therein.
• "Player" / "you" — any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses its services.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account created by a Player following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" — the total Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) amount held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately indicated.
• "Bonus Credits" — promotional funds credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before a withdrawal request may be processed against those funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, comprising identity, address, and payment-method verification as specified in Section 4.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" — any conduct described in Section 8 that constitutes a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and use of automated wagering systems.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — the deposit limits, session time-outs, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features described in Section 9.

To register and maintain an active Account on kopi4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kopi4 strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any winnings accrued during that period may be voided.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of kopi4 or any of its affiliated game studios, payment processors, or service providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services under any active self-exclusion agreement with kopi4 or any other gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Each Player may hold one and only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date by contacting our support team promptly if any detail changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. kopi4 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You agree to notify kopi4 immediately at support@kopi4.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

kopi4 is committed to operating a secure and responsible platform. In accordance with internationally recognized Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, we require Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Identity Document: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months displaying your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or BSI) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits is registered in your own legal name.

kopi4 aims to complete KYC reviews within one (1) business day of receiving all required documentation. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission, which may extend the review period. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is completed successfully.

All deposits to kopi4 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply any currency conversion. The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• Digital Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment channel and Player account tier. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. In the event of a technical delay, you may contact our 24/7 support team with proof of transaction.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered solely in your own name. kopi4 reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party accounts and to reverse any such transaction to its source. Depositing funds on behalf of another Player is prohibited.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in IDR to the verified payment method on the Player's account. kopi4 processes withdrawal requests the same calendar day for verified accounts, with funds typically reaching the Player's BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet within one to four hours depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule. Black Diamond VIP tier members receive priority processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request. There is no platform-side withdrawal fee; however, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may impose their own transfer charges.

A withdrawal request will be placed on hold and may require additional documentation if: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the request amount exceeds the Player's rolling 30-day net deposit position by a factor that triggers our internal risk review thresholds; or (c) there is an ongoing investigation into potential Prohibited Activity on the Account.

kopi4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and by the general provisions of this Section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Section, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus credits carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be satisfied exclusively using real-money funds or bonus credits in eligible games as specified per offer.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sportsbook wagers subject to minimum odds conditions. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date of crediting unless a different expiry period is stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus credits are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount convertible from Bonus Credits to withdrawable real-money balance is 5x the original bonus value.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. A new bonus cannot be claimed until the current bonus is either fulfilled or expired.
• Abuse Prevention: kopi4 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited a bonus in bad faith, used irregular betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements, or shared bonus strategies with other Players in a manner that constitutes collusion.

Players are expected to conduct themselves honestly, fairly, and in accordance with the rules of each game as published within the Platform. The following constitute Prohibited Activities and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using any automated software, script, bot, or algorithm to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to generate profit at the Platform's expense. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other Players, sharing account access, or coordinating wagering strategies to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker, Capsa Susun, or any competitive multi-player format.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls or to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, including on BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, or any other sporting event covered by the kopi4 sportsbook.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.

Game outcomes on kopi4 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. kopi4 does not influence game outcomes beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) parameters set by each studio.

kopi4 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gaming is entertainment, and we actively support Players in maintaining a healthy relationship with their gaming activity. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Configure automatic session termination after a defined period of activity to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once in effect, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All content on the kopi4 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kopi4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of kopi4.

kopi4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kopi4 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption, server-side data hashing, and access-control frameworks to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. We do not sell or rent personal data to third-party marketing organizations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kopi4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, even if kopi4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kopi4's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kopi4 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. kopi4 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform's notification system.

kopi4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it determines, on reasonable grounds, that:

• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• The Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or the financial security of kopi4.
• A competent authority, court order, or regulatory body requires the suspension or closure of the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any outstanding Balance — including both real-money funds and Bonus Credits — may be forfeited following the completion of an internal review. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (for example, at the Player's own request), the verified Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours and any verified real-money Balance will be refunded to the source payment method on record.

kopi4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kopi4 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent in-Platform notification, providing a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure and withdrawal of your Balance before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which kopi4 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia. kopi4 acknowledges that Indonesian Players interact with the Platform from within Indonesia, and undertakes to conduct all Player-facing communications, dispute responses, and account notifications in clear English with Indonesian-language support available through our customer service team.
